Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who excels at building end-to-end features and embraces AI-powered development. You’ll leverage cutting-edge AI tools as your primary development partners to build web and mobile applications, design backend systems, integrate AI features into products, and deliver high-quality software across the entire stack.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Powered Development
- Master prompt engineering, context management, agents and skills to maximize AI’s effectiveness for complex development tasks, including architecture design, code generation, debugging, and performance optimization
- Design, build, and maintain features using AI tools to accelerate delivery, ensure high-quality code, and reduce time-to-market
- Integrate AI features and capabilities into client products, from LLM-powered workflows to intelligent automation
- Establish and document best practices for AI-assisted development, including prompt libraries, workflow templates, and quality assurance processes
Full-Stack Development
- Design, build, and maintain scalable software solutions using a modern tech stack (Python, Node, React, MySQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Django, Docker)
- Collaborate with the team to optimize the AWS cloud platform, leveraging services like Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, and ECS/EKS to ensure scalability, reliability, and to automate operational management
- Contribute to the development of microservices architectures and API designs that improve system maintainability and separation of concerns
Qualifications
Required
- 6-10 years of experience in full-stack software development
- AI Development Proficiency: Proven expertise using AI-powered development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) with demonstrated ability to architect solutions and solve complex problems using AI assistance
- Prompt Engineering Skills: Strong understanding of effective prompt engineering techniques, context management, and how to maximize AI tool effectiveness for development tasks
- Strong expertise in Python and Django, with working knowledge of React and modern frontend technologies
- Experience with AWS cloud services and containerization technologies (Docker, ECS/EKS)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployment pipelines
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalable, performance-optimized solutions
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of mentoring and developing engineering talent
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in a senior full-stack engineering role with leadership responsibilities
- Experience integrating AI/ML features into production applications (LLMs, embeddings, AI agents, etc.)
- AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer)
- Experience with serverless computing and distributed systems
- Track record of building custom AI development workflows, automation tools, or contributing to AI-assisted development practices
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments
- Experience training or mentoring others on AI-powered development techniques
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and technical project management
