Role Overview

We’re hiring a Sales Operations Manager to own the execution layer of our sales process.

This role ensures that:

  • Opportunities move quickly from discovery → proposal
  • Proposals are accurate, clean, and high quality
  • CRM and pipeline are reliable and actionable

You’ll own the operational engine that keeps deals moving — from pipeline hygiene to proposal delivery. Strategy and closing are handled by leadership, so you can focus entirely on execution and process.
