Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans outlining stages of development, resources required, and timelines, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and fostering a collaborative and transparent working relationship.
- Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources, ensuring the optimal allocation of team skills and budget to meet project objectives.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, devising strategies to overcome potential hurdles and ensure project continuity.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of project outputs, ensuring deliverables meet the highest standards and client expectations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, ideally within the tech or startup sector.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multi-faceted projects with a track record of successful completions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
