This role will help define how those offerings go to market.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager to own pipeline generation, messaging, and execution across our marketing channels. This is a high-impact role that blends project management, contractor coordination, and campaign execution — with strategic direction from the founder.
You will:
- Turn positioning into campaigns and manage them end-to-end
- Coordinate and direct contractors across SEM, SEO, social, copywriting, and podcast
- Connect marketing output directly to pipeline and revenue
- Work closely with the founder, who leads sales and overall strategy
What You’ll Own
1. Pipeline Generation
- Own marketing-sourced pipeline (not just traffic or leads)
- Manage and optimize Google Ads / SEM, LinkedIn campaigns, and landing pages and conversion flows
- Track performance from click → lead → opportunity
2. Messaging & Positioning
- Translate evolving AI product offerings into clear, compelling narratives
- Help define AEMI positioning, AI product/service packaging, and website and landing page messaging
- Continuously refine based on market response
3. Contractor Leadership
- Own and coordinate contractors across SEM, SEO, social, copywriting, and podcast booking
- Set direction, review output, ensure consistency
4. Content Engine
- Drive consistent output across LinkedIn, blog / SEO, case studies, and founder-led content
- Turn real client work into market-facing assets
5. Case Study & Testimonial Management
- Own the end-to-end process for capturing and publishing client case studies
- Coordinate with project teams to identify compelling success stories and measurable outcomes
- Collect and manage client testimonials for use across website, proposals, and sales collateral
- Maintain a library of up-to-date case studies and testimonials organized by industry, service, and outcome
6. Funnel Integration
- Ensure all marketing feeds into CRM and pipeline
- Work closely with sales ops to improve lead quality, tighten conversion paths, and eliminate attribution gaps
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Clear positioning for AI product lines live on site
- Paid channels producing consistent qualified leads
- Active content cadence (weekly output)
- Clean handoff into CRM and pipeline
- Visibility into cost per lead, cost per opportunity, and channel performance
Requirements
- 5–10+ years in B2B marketing (services, SaaS, or hybrid)
- Experience running paid acquisition (Google, LinkedIn)
- Strong writing and messaging ability
- Experience managing contractors or small teams
- Comfortable working directly with founder / leadership
- Ability to move fast and iterate
