Operational AI and value creation

Chris leads the direction Metacto is built around: Operational AI. Instead of treating AI as a tool to adopt, he works with leadership teams to identify the repeated workflows where better speed, quality, margin, or risk control creates real financial value, then builds the systems to capture it. Every engagement starts with a baseline and a build or no-build decision, so the investment is grounded in business outcomes rather than experimentation.

Private equity and operating leadership

Chris partners with private equity sponsors and operating teams on technology and operations value creation across the deal lifecycle. He has led internal operations automation programs that recover capacity and reduce cost, and he advises leadership on where AI can move EBITDA, margin, and enterprise value inside portfolio companies.

His diligence experience includes sell-side technical due diligence for a mid-nine-figure private equity transaction, Power Digital’s strategic investment from Court Square Capital Partners, where he assessed engineering, architecture, and operational readiness on behalf of the seller for an institutional buyer.

Chris brings over two decades of engineering leadership to Metacto. He has led teams building and scaling production systems, and he applies that depth to governance: AI systems that are cited, human-approved, audited, and measured against a baseline, not demos that never reach production.
