Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Craft and implement technology strategies that align with our clients' business goals, fostering innovation and sustainable growth.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance in various tech domains, including mobile applications, UX/UI design, and go-to-market strategies.
- Team Building and Management: Assist in building robust tech teams, mentoring them to excel in their respective roles and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, translating their visions into actionable tech roadmaps and product strategies.
- Project Management: Lead project rescues, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects, while maintaining budget and resource allocations.
- Business Development: Assist in growing the business by identifying new opportunities and establishing fruitful partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputed institution, preferably from MIT.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the tech industry, with a strong background in mobile applications.
- Proven experience in CTO-level roles, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic thinking.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- A fervent passion for technology and innovation, with a knack for identifying and implementing cutting-edge solutions.
