This remote position focuses on crafting intuitive mobile and web interfaces, collaborating with UX designers and product teams, and engaging with clients to ensure exceptional design outcomes.

As a UI Designer at MetaCTO, you'll play a central role in creating intuitive and visually compelling designs that speak directly to user needs. Collaborating closely with our UX designers and product teams, your knack for crafting aesthetic and functional interfaces will be instrumental in bringing to life the innovative visions that power startup success stories.
RequIrements
Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Create and implement visually appealing and user-friendly mobile and web interfaces, incorporating the latest design trends and best practices.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure a seamless and harmonious product development process.
- Prototype Development: Develop prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts, facilitating stakeholder buy-in.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular reviews and refinements of designs, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in UI design, preferably in the tech industry.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of mobile UI design skills and innovative approaches.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to creating visually stunning and functional designs.
- Ability to work US Pacific Time hours and attend meetings via video conferencing.

- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
